Not always. As long as we can access the agreed work areas and an exterior water source, many projects can be completed while you are away. We will confirm access, preparation, and payment details with you beforehand.

Timing depends on the size of the property, the surfaces being cleaned, and the amount of buildup. A smaller single-service visit may take a few hours, while larger or multi-surface projects can take longer. We will set expectations when we review your project.

Keep pets and people indoors and away from active work areas until we let you know the area is ready. Point out delicate plants, gardens, ponds, or newly landscaped areas during the quote process so they can be considered in the work plan.

Light rain does not always prevent exterior cleaning, but lightning, high winds, freezing temperatures, or severe weather may make the work unsafe or affect results. If conditions are not suitable, we will contact you about rescheduling.

Many properties benefit from exterior cleaning every one to two years, but there is no universal schedule. Shade, trees, moisture, traffic, surface type, and your appearance goals all affect how quickly buildup returns. Roofs and specialty surfaces may follow a different timeline.

No cleaning company can responsibly promise that every mark will disappear. Some stains penetrate a surface or reveal permanent fading, oxidation, wear, or damage once the dirt is removed. We aim for the best safe improvement and will point out visible limitations when possible.

You can usually use hard surfaces once they are no longer wet or slippery. Drying time varies with shade, temperature, airflow, and the material. If your project includes sealing or another treatment, we will provide the specific cure-time instructions for that service.
